How to Obtain IRS Transcripts

Navigate to the Get Transcripts: IRS Website

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

Scroll to the following section and choose "Get Transcript Online"

Login to ID.me

Choose “Sign in with ID.me” if you already have an existing account

If you have never created an ID.me account please select “ID.me Create an Account”

Once logged into the system you can choose “Other in the drop down menu” and click “Go” you DO NOT need a file number

Scroll down and click the link for the year to download the two most recent years from the “Record of Account Transcript” box.

Upload the transcripts to the document requests you received
