Cancellation Policy

All appointments that do not specifically state that the appointment is a free consultation will require payment in full at the time of booking. This deposit is a non-refundable deposit. Bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for missed consultations. If you need to reschedule please reach out via email amber@1stbookkeeping.com prior to the appointment to reschedule. Appointments that are not rescheduled at least 2 hours prior to appointment time will NOT be rescheduled and will not be refunded. If you decide to use 1st Bookkeeping then Taxes for bookkeeping services the consultation fee will be applied to the total invoice.
