Service Description
Up to a 60-minute entity type tax advisory session. During this call we will answer your questions concerning specific entities and how they apply to and affect your specific tax situation. During the session we will also assess your business and provide a more accurate price quote for desired or required services. 1:1 Session with an Enrolled Agent Obtain Basic Business Information Discuss Required Filing Requirements for specific entity choice(s) Receive Entity Level Tax Advice ***More information will be collected prior to the appointment time. This information is required to be submitted at least 24 hours before the appointment time.***
Cancellation Policy
All appointments that do not specifically state that the appointment is a free consultation will require payment in full at the time of booking. This deposit is a non-refundable deposit. Bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for missed consultations. If you need to reschedule please reach out via email amber@1stbookkeeping.com prior to the appointment to reschedule. Appointments that are not rescheduled at least 2 hours prior to appointment time will NOT be rescheduled and will not be refunded. If you decide to use 1st Bookkeeping then Taxes for bookkeeping services the consultation fee will be applied to the total invoice.
