• Client financial records, engagement letters, tax returns, and related documentation are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with IRS requirements and applicable professional standards for Enrolled Agents.
• Business records required by North Carolina state law are retained for applicable statutory periods.
• Marketing and general contact data is retained until you request removal or we determine it is no longer necessary.
When data is no longer required and not subject to legal retention obligations, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted client portals, secure file transfer protocols, and access controls limited to authorized personnel.
