Step 2: Choose your path
Depending on what you need, you'll move forward with one of these two options.
Independent EA Review
A short call to connect me to your books, followed by an independent review on my own time. You receive written findings within 5 business days — no second meeting required.
$100 credit toward services if you move forwardDeep Dive
A live, hands-on working session where we review your books together, screen to screen, and you leave with a fixed-fee quote for next steps.
$150 credit toward services if you move forwardSteps 3–7: From quote to clean books
Once you decide to move forward, here's the rest of the path.
Estimate & acceptance
You receive a fixed-fee estimate by email and have 14 days to accept it.
Invoicing
Payment terms are set based on your engagement, and the work officially begins once they're satisfied.
Documentation & information acquisition
We collect the records and software access needed to get started — QuickBooks access, bank feeds, prior filings, whatever applies to your engagement.
Bookkeeping work commences
Your file enters production. This is where the actual cleanup, setup, or monthly work happens.
Finalization
A final review, delivery of your reports or deliverables, and books that are genuinely ready for taxes or ongoing use.
