Mandatory Session Requirements & Cancellation Policy

Our intake form must be completed before your session — unless you've already completed it for a prior appointment or engagement with us. This session is a deep, working review, and I need real context beforehand to make the most of our two hours together.

48+ hrs notice

Cancel at least 48 hours before your session with no penalty.

Reschedule

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with 48+ hours' notice. Additional reschedule requests, or any request inside 48 hours, are treated as a cancellation under the policy below.

Under 48 hrs

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session forfeit the full session fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

No-show / non-compliance

No-shows, or sessions we cancel due to an incomplete intake form, forfeit the full session fee.

These amounts reflect a reasonable estimate of the value of the time reserved for your session, which cannot be offered to another client once booked. They're intended as fair compensation for that loss, not as a penalty. We appreciate your understanding.
