Regional Drive

+ $0.70/mi roundtrip

Overnight Drive

101–300 miles.

+ $0.70/mi roundtrip+ Hotel at cost

Regional Flight (Single Day)

Fly-in, single-day engagement. A two (2) day minimum applies to any engagement requiring air travel.

Scope & quote

We confirm what needs to happen on-site, how many days it will take, and travel distance — then quote the full engagement up front.

On-site work

We work directly with your team, in your space, on the actual workflow — not a whiteboard version of it.

Document & follow up

You receive written process documentation within 5 business days, plus one remote follow-up session to make sure it's sticking.

Good to know: Half-day engagements under 4 hours are billed at 75% of the applicable day rate, with a 4-hour minimum. Any engagement requiring air travel has a two (2) day minimum. All travel costs — mileage, airfare, hotel, and meals — are estimated and built into your quote before booking. Once travel has been booked, those costs are non-refundable.
