Mandatory Session Requirements & Cancellation Policy
Our intake form must be completed before your call — unless you've already completed it for a prior appointment or engagement with us. This gives me the context I need before we talk through your books.

Cancel at least 48 hours before your call with no penalty.
One complimentary reschedule is allowed with 48+ hours' notice. Additional reschedule requests, or any request inside 48 hours, are treated as a cancellation under the policy below.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the call forfeit the full fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-shows, or calls we cancel due to an incomplete intake form, forfeit the full fee.
